KIDS NIGHT OUT! FRIDAY, OCTOBER 20th 5:30-8:30 Drop your UCS K-4th grader off on October 25th from 5:30-8:30 PM with Mrs. Bernier, Kat McGory (parent and PHS teacher), and Tiffany Cross (UCS Para) at the UCS Gym and Playground for outdoor play, pizza and STEM activities. The cost is $25 per student and the proceeds will go towards funding Math Through Art opportunities for third graders at UCS. Sign up through the Google Form Here. Questions? CONFERENCES: A Conference Sign Up form was sent home in Friday's Home-School Folder. If you would like to meet about your child, please sign up and return the form as soon as possible. A copy of the form is in today's email.
HOME-SCHOOL FOLDERS - Please be sure to send your child's Home School Folder to school daily. Even though we do not send papers home on a daily basis, there are quite a few times that important notices are sent home throughout the week. Please be sure to check your child's folder daily as well. Thank you for your help with this!
THURSDAY'S Sailing Field Trip: If you are chaperoning for the sailing field trip, please arrive at UCS by 8:00 if you are riding the bus, or if driving, meet us by 9:00 at the Sailing Center.
Every participant should bring a small bag that includes the following:
A water bottle
sunscreen
hat / gloves
sunglasses -with safety strap or string attached!
closed-toe shoes (crocs/old sneakers work best, shoes may/will get wet)
insulating layer -fleece vest, jacket or sweater;
windbreaker or rain jacket
change of clothes and shoes, towel
any snacks or lunch your group plans on eating while here
medications as needed (for allergic reactions, asthma, etc) with note to alert staff
***The Center will provide a life jacket for every participant, but you may bring your own USCG-approved Type III life jacket if you have one.
